The College employs an Education Officer to travel to schools around the State to brief teachers on a diverse range of issues. These include:

• moving from provisional to full registration;
• how to use the College website to record professional learning;
• professional learning opportunities offered by the College, such as its Beginning and Returning Teachers' Seminar, mentoring sessions and programs for relief teachers;
• the role and functions of the College.
